Towers Hall

We are Towers and Campus Heights Rentals, Slippery Rock's premier off-campus housing! Located just steps away from campus, we provide the most affordable off-campus living.

With students safety and education in mind, we have our doors locked nightly between 10pm and 8am, and a special 24 hours of quiet during finals week.

We also keep the students convenience in mind. We have a courteous staff, with office hours of 8-5 Mon-Fri and a member of management available most hours of the day. Vending machines are available as well smoking and non-smoking rooms. There is a coffee shop in the lobby of Towers Hall that offers breakfast meals, panini sandwiches,and baked goods, as well as a number of coffee and non-coffee beverages.

Towers and Campus Heights has a lot to offer SRU students. It is within walking distance of campus, we have single room privacy and quiet study floors are available. There are laundry and kitchen facilities, a private parking lot, and co-ed and sorority floors per request.

We provide services with students' financial situations in mind. No meal plan is required. Utilities, except phone, are included in rent unless otherwise noted.  Cable TV and wireless internet are available at no extra cost. We also have furnished rooms with a bed, desk, chair and dresser if needed.

While we are not directly linked to Slippery Rock University, we do keep up-to-date on events and activities and will have an event schedule posted in the office.
